GHANA BA_TV 24 COUNTRY DOCUMENTARY CAMPAIGN: ‘Africa’s Golden Opportunity’
The Spain-Ghana Chamber of Commerce (SGCC), gladly announces to have entered into a
Strategic Partnership agreement with the acclaimed international Spanish production film
company SIM-TV to support the production of a cinematic documentary about Ghana for
British Airways: Ghana BA_TV 24: ‘Africa’s Golden Opportunity’ promoting the country’s
commercial, investment and tourism potential for 2024 and beyond.
This unique country-branding feature will be highlighted on the airline’s long-haul flights
during Q2 2024, coinciding with major events such as the African Games 2024, the Africa
Travel Market in South Africa, the Annual Investment Meeting in UAE, and the Dubai Travel
Market, thus enjoying exposure to major investors and capital markets, and targeting over 2
million viewers, 170 destinations and 70 countries, with the support of a social media
campaign.
The film is being produced in collaboration with Ghana’s government, the private sector and
top celebrities that represent the best that Ghana has to offer to the world. Among the key
personalities to be featured are HE President Nana Addo Akufo-Addo, the Minister of
Information Hon. Kojo Oppong-Nkrumah, the Minister of Tourism, Arts, & Culture Hon. Dr.
Ibrahim Mohammed Awal, the Ghana National Chamber of Commerce & Industry President
Clement Osei-Amoako, The Chamber of Commerce & Industry France Ghana Managing
Director Armelle Sae Jeanne, Fuseina Abu (CEO, Goldkey Properties), Amit Agrawal (CEO,
Olam Agri Ghana Ltd), Gideon Ataraire (Allianz Ghana Ltd), Roberta Annan (GM, Annan
Capital Partners), Subhi Accad (Universal Motors Ltd), and many more!
A premiere event will take place in Accra late April 2024, where all of our participants,
stakeholders and selected VIPs (150-200 people) will be invited to celebrate the launch of this
documentary promoting Ghana’s business and investment opportunities to the world.
