The Spain Ghana Chamber Of Commerce is here with this very important announcement for all members and to the general public. With regards to the current infestation of Coronavirus also known as Covid-19, the Chamber has decided to adhere to government measures geared towards the fight of the deadly virus.

The President, Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo issued His first press statement on 15th March, 2020 informing all Ghanaians about the current situation in the country which He stated clearly «All public gatherings, including conferences, workshops, funerals, political rallies, sporting events and religious activities, such as services in churches and mosques have been suspended for the next four weeks. Private burials are permitted, but with limited numbers, not exceeding 25 in attendance». He has till now addressed Ghanaian and residence of the country on other 2 occasions informing and providing updates on the current situation with regards to the Pandemic Virus.

Having heard Government’s measures taken, the Chamber has postponed all event scheduled for March until further directives. In the meantime, the Chamber has sought to the utilization of the software applications below to aid in communicating to its Members and also advice that Members and Nonmembers do same.

We all know the The General Secretary to the Spain Ghana Chamber of Commerce, Ms Ingrid Asensio embarked on a trip to Spain with a motive of visiting relevant Institutions & Organizations. The Trip was a full success but unfortunately due to the current situation «The Pandemic», all projects have been postponed or cancelled. Therefore the situation will not stop the Chamber and the rest of the world from bringing to our members and the general public the best services in the commerce Market.
